Quantity Surveyor (Tender)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Responsibilities:
-Quantity take off (Structure & Finishes)
-Preparation of inquiry letter and query
-Comparison of estimated construction cost
-Cost Summary
-Analysis of construction duration and sequences
-Preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works by Tender Team
-Undertake cost analysis for project work
-Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
-Prepare and analyse costings for tenders
-Discovering Value Engineering Items.
Requirement:
-Ability to take off the quantities of structure and finishes
-Ability to breakdown of concrete works and wet works, etc.,
-Understanding of work sequences of structural works
-Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Latest Autocad/Plan Swift
-CCS operation skill preferred
-3+ years of experience, related tender in UAE preferred
-Experience in leading contractor in UAE preferred
-Field experience preferred
-A practical and logical mind and a methodical way of thinking
-A creative and innovative approach to problem solving
-Strong numeracy and financial management skills and the ability to learn sophisticated design and costing IT packages
-The ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people
-Negotiation and team work skills and the ability to motivate and lead
-Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters.
-Ensure timely arrival at the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
