Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze of RF Data and Drive Test data;

Service Failure Investigations and customer complaints process;
-
Analyze logs using tools to produce statistics
-
Responsible for the site script production kpi monitoring
-
Responsible for KPI optimization and improvement
-
Identify of non-dominant pilot and sources interference
-
Capacity monitoring and evaluation.
-
Launch DT&CQT test and analyze measurements result.
-
Escalate any issues that affect the network quality of assigned area to direct manager.
-
Follow up with QoS performance of new sites integrated into assigned area
-
Performing the technical support, routine maintenance task, troubleshooting and system improvement.
-
Monitor the alarm report from OMC system and handle the alarms
-
Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues
-
Perform any other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on superior request
Qualification & Requirements:
-
Over 5 years of experience in the telecom industry,
with a background in any network optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G).

Skilled in analyzing standard KPIs (access, drop, load, traffic) through drive test logs and oss kpis.

Strong knowledge of wireless equipment and 4G/5G principles; capable of air interface signaling analysis.

Preferred: experience in daily 5G KPI optimization, counter-level issue analysis, 4G/5G interworking, performance analysis, and MLB load balancing, ability to optimize KPI

Extensive experience in swap projects.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, able to follow tasks through from start to finish.
