Hiring: Battery R&D Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Battery R&D Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will work on new battery chemistries, testing, performance improvements, and development of advanced energy storage solutions. Responsibilities

• Conduct research on Li-ion, LFP, NMC, solid-state & emerging battery chemistries
• Develop prototypes and improve battery performance
• Perform cell/module testing & validation
• Analyze data and identify failure mechanisms
• Support process development & scale-up
• Prepare technical reports and documentation

Requirements

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science or related fields
• Strong understanding of electrochemistry and battery technology
• Experience in battery testing equipment & material characterization
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
