We are looking for a R&D Technical Operations Ass. Specialist / Specialist to work in our CCC factory.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Studying formulation of new and existing products to develop affordable, profitable, healthy, safe and delicious products for gum & candy categories.
• Developing products bringing target financials , chooses correct ingredients at the correct price, at the targeted quality and safety
• Create specifications and apply the best practices and research continuously
• Determination of process and raw material standards of new products
• Ensuring the cost and quality optimization of manufactured products
• Running alternative raw materials studies with a correct coordinations & timing with correct collaboration with other departments.
• Improvement of existing products, new product development, management and coordination of the project

What do you need for this role?

• Graduated from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in product & process developmets in food sector; Confectionery sector is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Experience in R&D department, preferably in food companies
• Good knowledge of MS office programs, preferably good knowledge of SAP
• Good project management skills to deliver projects on time and at good quality
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Business oriented with strong ownership and initiative skills
• Residing/able to reside in Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ/Merkez or Kapaklı
• Ensure the efficient daily operation of the office functions, including maintenance of supplies and equipment
