Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our company and pursue investment opportunities
• Manage company credit line for acquisition of properties.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and walk deals from contact to close
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to bring deals to the table.
• Provide exceptional customer service to sellers, agents, and other clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, client interactions, and property showings.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
• Utilize administrative skills to support the overall operations of the real estate team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
