RECOM Real Estate is expanding and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property environment, has a minimum of 3 years of relevant real estate administrative experience, and can manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- KYC checks & AML compliance assistance
- Handling commission requests
- Developer registrations & coordination
- Bayut & Property Finder management
- Creating and updating property listings
- Calendar & appointment management
- Office maintenance coordination
- Petty cash management
- Basic bookkeeping support
- Email management & correspondence
- Handling A, B, and F contracts
- Deal preparation & support
- Entering deals in Excel/CRM
- Developer launch summaries
- Marketing support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of real estate administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms & general office software
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented attitude

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
- Saturday & Sunday: Reachability only (no office presence)
