Purpose of the Role: To manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and communication related to property sales, rentals, and client servicing. The role supports administrative efficiency and ensures smooth coordination between clients, agents, and management.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries related to property listings, rent agreements, and sales. • Maintain and update property databases, client records, and documentation. • Prepare and manage rental agreements, property forms, invoices, and payment records. • Coordinate with real estate agents, property owners, and tenants for property visits and deal processing. • Manage office inventory, stationery, and administrative supplies. • Support marketing activities such as posting property listings online and maintaining basic digital records. • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for ease of record retrieval. • Provide general administrative support to management in report preparation and scheduling.
