Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is actively hiring Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing sales team. Work with top developers, exclusive projects, and earn big commissions by selling Dubai’s most in-demand off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.)
- Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and property portals
- Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits
- Maintain a deep understanding of new launches, payment plans, and developer offers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Maintain CRM data and client records accurately
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of Dubai’s top developers and their current projects
- Familiarity with property portals like Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- RERA Certification is a plus
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and presentable
