- Prospect, source, and list secondary market (resale) properties.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting pre-owned real estate properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable deals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and clients.
- Manage property listings, advertisements, and online marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
