Malik Al Abraj Real Estate Brokerage LLC is looking for a high-performing Real Estate Broker with strong experience in off-plan and secondary market sales within Dubai. The ideal candidate should be driven, presentable, and passionate about closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and provide professional property consultations
  • Present, promote, and sell Dubai off-plan and secondary market properties
  • Generate leads through networking, portals, and existing client databases
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and finalize deals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, developers, and communities
  • Prepare documentation for property transactions (Form A, Form B, sale agreements, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
  • Work closely with admin team for listings, paperwork, and RERA compliance

Requirements

  • Experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai (off-plan & secondary market)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Familiarity with real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly/ quarterly targets
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
