Malik Al Abraj Real Estate Brokerage LLC is looking for a high-performing Real Estate Broker with strong experience in off-plan and secondary market sales within Dubai. The ideal candidate should be driven, presentable, and passionate about closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional property consultations
- Present, promote, and sell Dubai off-plan and secondary market properties
- Generate leads through networking, portals, and existing client databases
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and finalize deals
- Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, developers, and communities
- Prepare documentation for property transactions (Form A, Form B, sale agreements, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
- Work closely with admin team for listings, paperwork, and RERA compliance
Requirements
- Experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai (off-plan & secondary market)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license (preferred)
- Familiarity with real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly/ quarterly targets
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
