Real Estate Agent

Location: Boulevard Plaza, Downtown Dubai

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 5,000 + 50/50 Split Commission

VLAKAR Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. We strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and expert guidance throughout their buying and selling process. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about the real estate industry and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, property listing and digital marketing
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current real estate trends and market conditions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including property showings, negotiations, and contract signings
• Prepare and present competitive market analysis to help clients make informed decisions
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as attorneys and mortgage lenders, to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on industry developments and expand professional network

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3-6 months experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• Active Real Estate License
• Strong knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in relevant software applications such as CRM systems and MLS databases

Working Conditions:

• This is a salary + commission based position with flexible working hours. 

• Salary continues past probation with proven results.
• Work may involve evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
• Travel may be required to attend industry events and meet with clients.
