We’re Hiring! – Real Estate Agent (Off Plan)

Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Kensington West Real Estate is seeking Arabic-speaking Off-Plan Agents with interest in UAE real estate and a strong passion for sales and growth.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of off-plan real estate projects in the UAE (preferred but not required)
• Experience in real estate or off-plan sales is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Must be a native Arabic speaker or able to speak Arabic professionally
• Willingness to travel internationally for property roadshows (valid passport with at least 6 months validity)
• UAE-based candidates only (driver’s license preferred)
• Freshers are very much welcome to apply if they are passionate about the industry and eager to grow
