What you’ll do as a Real Estate Agent with iAD Real Estate Consistently follow up with new and existing leads to maximize conversion and sales Conduct buyer and seller consultations that educate and earn trust Show homes, host open houses, and create opportunities from your pipeline Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to close with support Use our CRM and tech tools to stay organized and on top of your business Participate in trainings, masterminds, and workshops to sharpen your skills (Optional) Grow your own group or team inside iAD and earn revenue share

Qualifications Active Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License in this state (required) Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills Comfortable working an entrepreneurial, commission-based schedule Willingness to attend trainings, use our systems, and be an active part of the community

Compensation Schedule Job Type: Part-time and Full-time (1099 Independent Contractor) Compensation: Commission-based; many agents target a range in the $48,000 – $200,000+ per year, depending on effort, skill, and production (no income is guaranteed). Schedule: Flexible schedule Monday–Friday plus some evenings/weekends/holidays as needed for clients Largely self-determined

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Performance-based bonuses Ongoing revenue share that will never stop as long as you are with iAD (no caps like other revenue share models) All-expense-paid incentive trips
