Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking ambitious and motivated Real Estate Agents who are relocating from Europe to the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to advance their careers in one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the Middle East. You will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, specializing in Abu Dhabi’s residential and commercial developments, while building long-term relationships and contributing to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties in Abu Dhabi
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and tenants
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market preferred (training provided)
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other European languages are a plus)
