Job Description:
As a Real Estate Attorney at Tully Rinckey PLLC, you will have the chance to provide exceptional legal representation to clients in real estate transactions, disputes, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and title reviews, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom. You will:
- Provide legal counsel for clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and development contracts
- Review title reports, zoning regulations, and land use issues
- Represent clients in real estate litigation, including contract disputes, property rights matters, and lease issues
- Develop case strategies and manage a diverse caseload of real estate matters
What Are We Looking For?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate law
- Strong negotiation, litigation, and drafting skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence
