The
Real Estate Branch Manager
assumes full strategic leadership and operational oversight of the branch. This role involves managing and directing the sales and leasing team, developing business plans, and ensuring the branch achieves its financial and administrative objectives. The Manager serves as the primary contact for all branch activities, ensuring strict adherence to the company's professional and legal standards within the real estate market.
Leadership and Management:
Lead, manage, direct, and motivate the entire branch team (sales, leasing, and administrative support) to ensure a productive and highly motivated work environment.
Strategic Planning:
Develop detailed operational plans and branch budgets, and closely monitor their execution to ensure the achievement of set sales and leasing targets.
Market Analysis:
Experienced in preparing feasibility studies, conducting research, and analyzing results
related to real estate market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Operational Oversight:
Daily supervision of all branch operational activities, including managing the real estate inventory and monitoring the progress of transactions.
Performance Management:
Evaluate employee performance, provide continuous feedback, and deliver training to enhance team efficiency and competency.
Communication and Reporting:
Proficiency in writing reports
(financial, operational, and administrative) for senior management on a regular basis,
in both Arabic and English

Problem Resolution:
Ability to resolve problems
and disputes that may arise with customers or employees efficiently and quickly.
Education:
University qualification of at least a Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with
specialized certifications in the field
(e.g., real estate project management, valuation, or leadership certifications).
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in management and leadership.
A minimum of 5 years of experience within the real estate sector itself.
Technical Skills:
Full knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in addition to
CRM
systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Leadership Skills:
High-level skills in planning, organization, and leadership
, including effective time management and task delegation.
