1. Sales & Client Engagement

  • Promote and sell the company’s real estate projects (off-plan and ready units) to individual and corporate clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase project features and investment potential.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales service.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, online marketing, and property exhibitions.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain a client database (CRM) and update all client interactions and deal progress.

3. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about current market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Understand project specifications, payment plans, legal requirements, and investment benefits thoroughly.
  • Advise clients on property selection, financing options, and potential return on investment (ROI).

4. Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare and process sales agreements, booking forms, and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate with the legal, finance, and marketing departments to ensure smooth deal completion.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies at all times.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and marketing events organized by the company.
