About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in promoting and selling UK real estate investment products to clients in Dubai, as well as luxury residential properties within Dubai's prime market. This role is best suited for a self-driven professional with prior experience in investment-focused property sales, luxury developments, and a strong ability to build relationships with discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell UK real estate investment products to clients in Dubai.
• Advise clients on property investment opportunities, including returns, financing, and portfolio diversification.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support sales strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in investment-focused products.
• Strong knowledge of real estate investment structures and returns.
• Excellent presentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Existing residence visa in the UAE (freelance visa or husband sponsorship).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
