Real Estate Paralegal

Bennett & Forts, P.C. is looking to add an experienced paralegal to our well established real estate practice. This position assist with residential mortgage closings, buyer and seller purchase files, and preparation of real estate documents for other practice areas.

The right candidate will be able to open files, order and review title, prepare title commitments, settlement statements and other closing documents, and work with the lenders to facilitate and coordinate smooth closings.

Prior experience in residential mortgage closings is required. Other real estate experience helpful but not required. Experience with Qualia is preferred but not required.
