Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Real Estate Professional to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for experienced agents or motivated newcomers who are passionate about real estate and eager to build a successful career in one of the UAE’s most dynamic property markets. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, providing expert advice, and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in property sales, purchases, and rentals
• Provide professional advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and tenants
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales or consulting preferred (training provided for motivated newcomers)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
