We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing brokerage in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talented real estate professionals, helping to expand our team and support business growth.
This is a performance-focused role with competitive commissions paid for each successful placement, offering excellent earning potential for motivated recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit real estate agents and property professionals within the UAE market
- Conduct screening calls, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Develop and run recruitment campaigns across job boards and social media
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and career fairs in Dubai
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in CRM systems
- Support new hires during onboarding and integration into the brokerage
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a real estate department (brokerage, developer, property management, or related)
- Currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and RERA processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Confident with outbound calls and networking
Preferred but not required:
- RERA / UAE real estate license
- Previous recruitment experience in real estate
