About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Female Real Estate Consultant with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of the Tricity (Zirakpur, Mohali, Panchkula, Chandigarh) roadmap and real estate market.
The ideal candidate will handle client interactions through calls, chats, and emails, providing accurate information about ongoing projects, property inventories, and available units in top developments across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential buyers via phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails to understand their property requirements.
• Educate customers about project details, including layout, pricing, amenities, specifications, and offers for apartments and plots.
• Guide clients with accurate project location knowledge using Tricity routes and landmarks.
• Generate interest and schedule site visits by explaining the benefits of the projects offered.
• Maintain updated knowledge of company inventory and ensure clients receive correct and transparent information.
• Build strong relationships with clients for future referrals and repeat business.
• Manage daily follow-ups, maintain data records, and update CRM (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command over English and Hindi/Punjabi
• Must know the road map and major routes of Tricity (Zirakpur–Mohali–Panchkula–Chandigarh)
• Real estate knowledge is a must (projects, builders, locations, pricing trends)
• Ability to explain project details clearly and confidently to customers
• Basic computer skills for email handling and online communication
