Role Overview
As a Property Consultant, you will guide clients through their property journey—from initial
consultation to final closing.
You will work across both off-plan and secondary markets, delivering expert advice, professional service, and market-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and build strong relationships with new clients
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and offer up-to-date market insights
- Present off-plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Manage secondary market transactions, including offers and transfers
- Negotiate deals to achieve successful closings
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
- Stay informed on current market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to commute or relocate to Dubai

Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
