Salary: From AED 3,000/month + High Commission (Negotiable based on experience)

Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is hiring experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Agents to join our top-performing team. If you have a proven background in off-plan property sales and want to grow in one of Dubai’s most dynamic real estate segments, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial projects by top UAE developers
- Educate clients about developer projects, payment plans, handover timelines, and investment ROI
- Generate and manage qualified leads through referrals, events, digital platforms, and cold calling
- Build and maintain a strong network of investors and property buyers
- Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate development pipeline, launches, and market trends
- Guide clients through the reservation and booking process
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in off-plan property sales in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of developer projects, launch cycles, and off-plan procedures
- Excellent sales, communication, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in presenting to clients
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- UAE driving license preferred (but not mandatory)
