Are you a proven real estate sales expert with a passion for closing deals in the secondary property market? Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is hiring dynamic and experienced sales agents to manage and grow our property listings across Dubai’s thriving resale market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell ready properties in the UAE’s secondary (resale) market
- Manage full-cycle sales processes: listing, client engagement, viewings, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers and property owners
- Stay informed about current market prices, regulations, and RERA guidelines
- Source leads through networking, referrals, and online property portals
- Deliver exceptional client service with a consultative and knowledgeable approach
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE secondary market real estate sales
- Strong understanding of Dubai property regulations, RERA processes, and legal documentation
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- UAE driving license preferred (but not mandatory)
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus
