We are now seeking experienced real estate brokers or professionals with experience in high-ticket sales to join our high-performing team and play a key role in driving broker engagement and project success.
A successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on boutique luxury off-plan projects and comes with a well-established network of brokers within the UAE real estate market.
Job Specification:
Salary Range: AED 8,000 + commission
Hours: Mon-Fri with alternate working Saturdays
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with real estate brokers across the UAE, understanding their client needs and aligning them with Devmark’s exclusive project portfolio

Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations on off-plan projects, effectively communicating key USPs, investment value, and brand positioning

Conduct proactive outreach calls and follow-ups with brokers to introduce new launches, share project updates, and secure meeting opportunities

Manage broker engagement pipelines through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate tracking, and consistent conversion of broker interest into qualified opportunities

Stay informed about market trends, competitor launches, and broker feedback to strengthen Devmark’s positioning and refine engagement strategies

Partner closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on project strategy, broker events, and launch timelines

Prepare and share regular updates with the Sales Manager and leadership on broker performance, project traction, and sales activity metrics

Participate in project launches, broker events, and networking activities to promote Devmark’s developments and strengthen market presence

Uphold Devmark’s brand standards and values in all interactions, ensuring a premium and professional image across every touchpoint
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in Real Estate (broker agency or property developer is required)

Strong networking skills

A good understanding of the Dubai's real estate market (preferably off-plan)

Up-to-date knowledge of competitor developments, market trends, and evolving buyer/broker behaviors

Capable of managing multiple projects, brokers, and follow-ups within tight timelines

Well-presented, self-motivated, and able to represent the Devmark brand with a high level of professionalism

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are an advantage.
