ROLE: Associate – Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients

* Explain property details to customers and support them in decision-making

* Maintain high service standards in line with company policies

* Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets

* Follow up on company-generated leads and close deals

* Submit all relevant documents post-sale and report to management

* Analyze and report sales performance

* Display strong sales acumen and adaptability

Requirements

* Experience in Real Estate Industry

* Strong knowledge of real estate sales & channel management

* Excellent communication & leadership skills

* Target-driven & proactive
