Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Experience required: 6 months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to corporate leads and build strong client relationships.

Analyze properties and identify the best buying and selling opportunities with a strong business sense and high analytical ability.

Handle documentation and ensure accuracy in all paperwork related to real estate transactions.

Support and manage activities related to tenders, bids, and auctions.

Stay updated on market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Work in a 100% office-based, desk-oriented profile with a focus on precision and timely execution.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high IQ to assess property options.

Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and market dynamics effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for corporate client interaction.

Proficiency in handling documentation and record management.

Prior experience in real estate corporate leasing, auctions, or tenders will be an added advantage.

Attractive incentives will be provided for every successful deal closed, in addition to the fixed salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
