Real Estate Sales Manager

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our expanding sales division in Ajman. We are looking for a proactive leader who can boost team productivity, achieve consistent revenue growth, and contribute to strengthening our presence in the UAE property market.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the sales department and ensure monthly targets are consistently achieved
• Develop, adjust, and implement sales strategies that enhance performance and client engagement
• Train, mentor, and support Property Consultants to ensure strong closing rates and overall productivity
• Build solid relationships with clients, investors, and external partners
• Analyze market behavior, monitor price trends, and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, investor gatherings, and industry events

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales; prior UAE experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team of 5 or more agents
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
