Real Estate Sales Manager (Off-Plan Projects)

We are seeking a seasoned and performance-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with a specialization in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the UAE real estate market, demonstrated expertise in managing high-value property portfolios, and the capability to guide and inspire a sales team to consistently achieve strong results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote off-plan projects and meet company revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to consistently reach individual and team sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging business opportunities.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
• Present project details to clients through professional presentations and site visits.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen project visibility and support lead conversion.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, UAE real estate regulations, and legal requirements.
• Prepare regular performance updates, sales forecasts, and provide market insights to senior management.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in off-plan projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets, major developers, and current investment trends.
• Proven history of consistently meeting sales targets in competitive environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance, confident presence, and a client-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
