Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Find and contact potential buyers and sellers.

Use calls, field visits, social media, and referrals to generate leads.

2. Client Relationship Management

Meet clients, understand their property needs and preferences.

Maintain regular follow-ups and provide property options.

3. Property Showings

Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.

Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and amenities.

4. Sales Presentations

Present property features, offers, and investment benefits to clients.

Address customer queries and objections professionally.

5. Negotiation & Closing Deals

Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions between buyers and sellers.

Work towards closing sales and achieving monthly targets.

6. Documentation & Compliance

Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and registration process.

Ensure all legal and company compliance is followed.

7. Market Research

Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Provide insights to the company and clients.

8. After-Sales Support

Maintain relationships even after the sale.

Help clients with handover, possession, or any service queries.

9. Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly reports on client follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

Update CRM or internal systems.

10. Team Coordination

Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth operations.
