Maalik Oil Field Services is a leading provider of catering, camp management, and workforce solutions for the oil and gas sector. we are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with company protocols.
  • Support administrative staff with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with office support teams for scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling courier dispatches.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, including health, safety, and customer service policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Personality: Presentable appearance, polite demeanor, and customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Other: Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad Federal Board: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
