We are seeking a professional, well-presented Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome visitors, handle phone and email enquiries, and provide excellent administrative support to our team.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and register visitors; manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor access.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Support basic admin tasks: data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve visitor queries and coordinate office services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in receptionist, front-desk or customer-service role.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning office systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Valid work authorization for Qatar (QID) or legal eligibility to work in Qatar.
