Job Location : United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
Respond to all inquiries and provide accurate information about IIQAF s services
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings and events
Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or any relevant field is a plus
Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in multiple languages is desired but not required
