Job Description

1. Provide service and create a good experience for members and visitors with a smile.
2. Take care of and manage member information, including various paperwork, to be accurate and efficient.
3. Inform members of various benefits with enthusiasm.
4. Be able to deal with situations that arise agilely and help members achieve maximum satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Completed a vocational certificate or higher (any field)
• Have at least 1 year of experience in service work.
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Able to use Thai correctly and communicate well (English will be given special consideration)
