Receptionist - Female, Arabic Speaker

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage check-ins and maintain an up-to-date visitor log
- Guide guests to appropriate meeting rooms or staff members
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with professionalism
- Take accurate messages and ensure prompt follow-up
- Provide general information and respond to basic inquiries
- Liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Report any suspicious activity or security concerns promptly
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain updated internal directories and contact lists
- Report maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare basic correspondence, reports, and other documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is a plus)
