Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Admin
- Handle front desk, answer calls, greet clients
- Maintain task list for management & follow up on deadlines
- Prepare letters, reports, and documentation
- Organize files, manage office records, handle scheduling
Tax & Compliance Support
- Assist with VAT/Coporate Tax data entry
- Collect documents from clients and update trackers
- Prepare basic working files in Excel
- Assist in compiling information for tax submissions
Company Formation & Licensing (Free Zones & Mainland)
- Assist in preparing company formation applications
- Collect required KYC documents from clients
- Update and submit information on free zone/government portals
- Track application progress and follow up with authorities
- Coordinate with clients for signatures, approvals, and payments
General Office Support
- Email follow-ups
- Printing, scanning, and documentation
- Assist with basic accounting-related admin
- Support management in daily operational tasks
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in Admin/Reception/Office Assistant roles
- Strong English communication
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of VAT/Corporate Tax preferred (training provided)
- Comfortable using online portals and doing data entry
- MS Excel & Word proficient
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Immediate joining preferred
