Job Description :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, or email.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Support the HR/Administration team with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Ensure security by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor passes.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
