Managing printing Room in schools

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the establishment.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, accurately processing payments and providing receipts while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all promotional materials and signage are up-to-date and visually appealing.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, using problem-solving skills to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records, to support the overall efficiency of the office.
  • Monitor and manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries to appropriate staff members.

Working Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)
