Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls, screen, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Take and relay messages promptly and accurately.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Operate office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, and printers.
  • Type, compile, copy, sort, and file records related to procurement and other office activities.
  • Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems (manual and digital).
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned from time to time.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong information management and record-keeping ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
