RECEPTIONIST (Male and Female)

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
