- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Gulf Talent), referrals, and social media.
- Coordinate with clients for scheduling interviews and gathering feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for active positions.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key construction roles.
- Ensure smooth mobilization and timely joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain a high level of candidate and client communication throughout the process.
