The Junior Recruiter will support the HR and Recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various construction-related roles. This position is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment and interested in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on different platforms and social media.
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, and internal referrals.
  • Screen resumes to match job requirements for construction positions (e.g., engineers, foremen, technicians, labor roles).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications.
  • Support in organizing recruitment campaigns and walk-in interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally through email or calls.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and collecting required documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, email drafting, Excel).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn about construction roles and industry needs.
