Prestige is looking for a talented and energetic Recruiting coordinator to support our Training and Compliance Departments for this engaging and rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Consult with Departments to implement procedures to meet goals
- Participate in Corporate Recruitment meetings with objectives to secure high profile contracts/agreements
- Source student candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen student candidates adhering to Prestige's established procedures
- Conduct phone, virtual and/or in-person interviews as directed
- Assist with ongoing evaluation of Prestige's on-boarding procedures
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Attend job fairs and careers events
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong marketing knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects within deadline
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
- Familiarity with databases such as applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
Pay Scale
- Initial pay based on experience
- Additional Incentives based on performance
- Will have access to Bonus Structure
- This position is open to part-time contracted or employed status with options to transition to full-time
