Prestige is looking for a talented and energetic Recruiting coordinator to support our Training and Compliance Departments for this engaging and rewarding opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Consult with Departments to implement procedures to meet goals
  • Participate in Corporate Recruitment meetings with objectives to secure high profile contracts/agreements
  • Source student candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen student candidates adhering to Prestige's established procedures
  • Conduct phone, virtual and/or in-person interviews as directed
  • Assist with ongoing evaluation of Prestige's on-boarding procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Attend job fairs and careers events
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong marketing knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects within deadline
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • Familiarity with databases such as applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn

Pay Scale

  • Initial pay based on experience
  • Additional Incentives based on performance
  • Will have access to Bonus Structure
  • This position is open to part-time contracted or employed status with options to transition to full-time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
