Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter for a construction company, specializing in Bulk Hiring to manage high-volume recruitment for various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycles for large hiring drives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring across multiple roles.
Understand manpower requirements and collaborate with department managers to define job criteria.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Plan and execute mass hiring campaigns, walk-ins, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and update hiring dashboards.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer management.
Negotiate salary, joining dates, and ensure closure of high-volume positions within deadlines.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets and provide reports to management.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in bulk recruitment / mass hiring (BPO, sales, retail, operations, or similar sectors preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience conducting walk-in drives, campus placements, or large-scale hiring events.
