About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for non-IT roles within an E-Commerce environment. The ideal candidate should be strong in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and sourcing quality talent for fast-paced teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT roles (Ops, Customer Support, Marketing, Accounts, Warehouse, etc.).
• Understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet.
• Build a strong pipeline of relevant talent for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with management and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment (Non-IT).
• Prior experience working with an E-Commerce company is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of basic HR processes.
• Experience managing bulk hiring or multi-role hiring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
