- Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess applicant suitability.
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database (Applicant Tracking System).
- Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assisting with drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- No prior experience in recruitment is required; we are looking for fresh talent!
