Join Northcott, a leading not-for-profit disability service provider, as our Recruitment Consultant. In this dynamic role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, helping us build a person-centred workforce that delivers real outcomes for the people we support.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and guide them through a best-practice recruitment process

  • Writing and advertising roles across job boards, social media and universities

  • Screening, interviewing, and coordinating pre-employment checks

  • Providing support and guidance to hiring teams on candidate selection

  • Managing general HR and onboarding admin tasks with attention to detail

  • Representing Northcott at job fairs and industry events

About You:
  • You're experienced in end-to-end recruitment (minimum 2 years), ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment

  • You bring strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

  • You enjoy working independently and collaboratively

  • You're tech-savvy with confidence using ATS platforms and LinkedIn

  • A qualification in Human Resources (or working towards one) is highly regarded

  • Experience in the disability, community or not-for-profit sector is a plus
