Job Description – Recruitment Coordinator (Remote, Project-Based)

Location: Remote (with availability during project time zone requirements)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Recruitment Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process for a specific project. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, and candidates to ensure timely and efficient manpower onboarding. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong in communication, and able to manage recruitment operations independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Coordination

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle for project-specific roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
  • Post job openings on relevant online platforms and maintain job postings.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on project requirements.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with shortlisted/rejected candidates.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents for selection and onboarding.
  • Ensure all candidate information is accurately updated in recruitment trackers.
  • Support pre-employment checks and compliance documentation as required.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal HR, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Provide daily/weekly recruitment status updates to the project HR team.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultancies, and deployment teams for smooth onboarding.

4. Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
  • Prepare and share recruitment progress reports for project review meetings.
  • Track offer releases, acceptances, joining dates, and onboarding status.

5. Project Support

  • Ensure manpower mobilisation is aligned with project deadlines.
  • Raise concerns or delays proactively and collaborate on solutions.
  • Support any additional HR or admin tasks related to the recruitment process for the project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
