Job Title: Recruitment Executive
Experience Required: 2 Years Minimum
Location: Etihad Town, Raiwind Road, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and onboard top talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Understand the hiring requirements of various departments and develop appropriate job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.

Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and sourcing techniques
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 years of proven experience in headhunting, talent acquisition, and recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Middle School (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred)
